APPI’s Pilates resistance bands are a portable and compact way to add progression to most exercises.

Massage balls
The APPI medium massage balls are recommended as a beneficial way to relieve muscular and fascia (connective tissue) tightness and tension.

The APPI soft Pilates ball is a great way to further challenge balance and core stability.

Head blocks
We particularly recommend APPI’s 1” and 3” Pilates head blocks and head pads to align the head and neck posture in mat work exercises.
